When the winner of a lotto jackpot fails to come forward, the people in a Brooklyn, N.Y., neighborhood are swept into a frenzy over the missing ticket. Before the fever cools, they realize hitting the jackpot isn't the only way to be a winner. John Rubino directs this hopeful inner-city drama co-starring Larry Gilliard Jr., Barbara Gonzalez, Suzanne Costollos and Wendell Holmes as the central quartet of characters.
