In this entertaining anime series, hapless Keitarou Urashima makes a living (thanks to his grandmother) as the resident manager of the Hinata Apartments while preparing to take Tokyo University's entrance exam -- for the third time. His eclectic, all-female collection of tenants includes bashful Shinobu Maehara, man-hating Motoko Aoyama, brainiac adolescent Kaolla Su and the winsome but temperamental Naru Narusegawa.
