Director Lucio Fulci (Voices from Beyond) turns The Big Apple bright red with the blood of the innocent. In Manhattan Baby, an archaeologist takes an ancient amulet from an Egyptian tomb and brings it home to New York City. His daughter uses it as an aid to her psychic abilities, but rather than providing any assistance, the amulet unleashes a nightmare of supernatural evil upon the child and her family.
