While investigating a young girl's murder, the inspector assigned to the case (Miguel Ángel Solá), a troubled man with a drinking problem and an unstable wife, soon finds himself drawn to the victim's teacher (Adriana Ozores) -- and the attraction is mutual. Part murder mystery, part romance, director Imanol Uribe's dark drama collected five nominations for Goya Awards in 2001.
