A straitlaced schoolmarm shows her true colors after a visit to a carnival conjurer releases her shadow through a magic lantern. While prim schoolteacher Luna (Iaia Forte) leads a dreary, repressed life, her shadow, on the other hand, proves to be saucy, sexy and uninhibited. This spirited comedy fantasy from Italy earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign-Language Film.
