In this action-filled romance, Dragon Ching (Siu Chung Mok) is an ex-con trying to live an honest life. He works a menial job at a restaurant where he falls in love with the beautiful hostess, Gigi (Ellen Chan). But his mob past soon returns to haunt him, and more obstacles threaten to destroy his new life. Stephen Chow co-stars as fellow gang member Rubbish Pool; Man Tat Ng and Charine Chan also star.
