International thief extraordinaire Lupin the 3rd must steal a set of priceless photographic plates from a famous art dealer in this installment of the popular anime series. And this time, Goemon and Fujiko want in on the action. Lupin is also forced to bring a reporter named Maria along on the risky mission, and with Inspector Zenigata hot on his heels and time running out, Lupin begins to realize that there's more to Maria than meets the eye.
