As a child, The Freak (Edward Terry) witnessed what may be the bloodiest act at a carnival -- that of an alcoholic carnie who bites the heads off chickens. Now, that nightmare has become fuel for The Freak's murderous rampages, in which he stalks his victims with sharp, metallic dentures and clucks like a rooster. Just released from prison, he's up to his old tricks again, but this time, his fantasies are much gorier than ever.
