After meeting a talking ferret, young Nanoha Takamachi takes on the magical persona of Lyrical Girl Nanoha and sets out to complete an important task: collecting all of the ancient Jewel Seeds that were accidentally scattered across the galaxy. But Fate stands to complicate Lyrical Girl Nanoha's noble mission, in the form of another little girl who's determined to do the exact same thing -- but for a far more sinister purpose.
