In the 1960s, five friends from Detroit formed the MC5, a rock group whose radical political beliefs eventually made them a target of the FBI, conservative parents and even their own record company. This 2002 documentary assembles the MC5's surviving members -- guitarist Wayne Kramer, drummer Dennis Thompson and bassist Michael Davis -- and a few others to tell the band's story through interviews as well as vintage footage.
