Based on a manga by Eiji Ootsuka, MPD Psycho is a six-episode miniseries directed for Japanese television by cult filmmaker Takashi Miike. Containing the third and fourth episodes of the series, Yousuke Kobayashi, a homicide detective traumatized by the murder of his wife, takes on the identity of shrewd investigator Anamiya Kazuhiko, who tackles cases that baffle ordinary inspectors. Naoki Hosaka, Ren Osugi and Chiaki Kuriyama star.
