Los Angeles's most famous park gets dressed down in this punishing slice of life. Cody (Thomas Jefferson Byrd) is a crack-head father figure who helps his friends when they're in trouble or just need to get high. But his girlfriend, Alicia (Sydney Tamia Poitier), is slowly losing her soul to narcotics. Meanwhile, E-Max (Sticky Fingaz) is a pimp focused on scooping young women into his cadre of harlots. It's tough on the streets.
