A young woman's life is forever altered by the tragic events of September 11, 2001, in this tale of love and loss. After her sister and brother-in-law die in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, Anu (Bipasha Basu) suffers a mental breakdown. Two years later, Anu meets Arpit (Priyanshu Chatterjee), and the pair decide to marry. But when a confident anti-terrorist (John Ibraham) enters Anu's life, her life turns upside down once again.
