Just before her birthday, good-girl teacher Julia (Trish Everly) dreams of a twin sister she never met. That dream turns into a real-life nightmare when her party is crashed by the deranged, deformed asylum fugitive Mary (Allison Biggers). As the women's uncle, Father James (Dennis Robertson), tries to keep peace between the sisters, the bodies of Julia's friends keep piling up anyway. But Mary may not be the murderer in this wild slasher flick.
