Paul Sorvino co-stars in this made-for-television movie following the unconventional career path of a young doctor who goes to work for the mob out of family obligation. To repay the powerful Mafia don (Sorvino) who financed his medical degree, Frank Siena (Danny Nucci) agrees to stitch up gunshot wounds and other on-the-job hazards without saying a word to the police. But the question is, will his conscience ever crack?
