When childless Anjani prayed to Shiva to give her a son, he must have been listening because nine months and a visit from the wind god later, she delivers one -- the young deity Hanuman. His life is the subject of this film, which focuses on a series of mythic events, including his swallowing of the sun and his rescue (with the help of a monkey army) of Rama's wife, Sita. Rakesh Pandey, Kavita Kiran and Manhar Desai co-star.
