After struggling actor Sathya (Sathyaraj) cons his way into a leading role, he goes on to become a superstar when the film turns into a box-office blockbuster. Sensing an opportunity to capitalize on Sathya's popularity, a shrewd politician (P. Vasu) recruits the big-screen icon to stump for votes. But events soon take an unexpected turn in this satirical yarn that takes aim at the film industry and corrupt politics.
