Lok Hwa (Simon Yam) is a Hong Kong cop deep undercover who's finally become the trusted lieutenant of powerful drug lord Feng (Rongguang Yu). Hwa is primed to take Feng down, but before he can, Feng's flaming car crashes into the sea. Presuming him dead, Hwa returns to his old life. But when Feng returns a year later -- very much alive! -- Hwa finds himself drawn once again into a game of deadly deception in this Hong Kong action flick.
