After taking over a record company with fellow gangsters, mob boss Tony Gordoni (Leo Carrillo) uses strong-arm tactics to convince real-life celebrities to perform on his label, including Cab Calloway, Louis Prima, Joe DiMaggio and Gene Autry. Also featuring appearances by Ted Lewis, Kay Thompson and cowboy comic Max Terhune, this musical comedy includes songs like "I Owe You" and "Manhattan Merry-Go-Round."
