A recent high school graduate from Manhattan's once-rough Washington Heights neighborhood, Manny has a bright future and a college scholarship. His family doesn't want to see him go down the troubled path traversed by his brother, Junior (Franky G). An ex-con, Junior rebuilds his life while harboring resentment toward his father, a former drug dealer. But as they experience redemption, Manny encounters a situation that could cost him everything.
