Charity (Angel Locsin) has found the love of her life in Nathan (Richard Gutierrez), but their relationship is forbidden by her family, who insists she marry a Chinese man. The perfect candidate appears when her childhood sweetheart, Timothy (Christian Bautista), sweeps into town, but Charity is devoted to Nathan. Only her abilities in the kitchen give Charity solace as she tries to sort out the romantic nightmare her life has become.
