Funnyman Martin Payne (Martin Lawrence) is a romantically challenged radio talk show host who obviously loves his girlfriend, Gina (Tisha Campbell), yet frequently fails to give her the attention she craves in this popular comedy series. Highlights from the first season include Martin's efforts to prove to Gina -- and his listeners -- that he's the "man" in the relationship, and a Valentine's Day argument that leads to a temporary breakup.
