Although he doesn't have fangs and isn't afraid of garlic, Pittsburgh teenager Martin (John Amplas) is sure he's a vampire, so he satisfies his bloodlust by drugging young women and drinking their blood after slashing them with razor blades. Martin's Old World uncle (Lincoln Maazel) encourages his belief with his incessant attempts to plunge a stake through Martin's heart. George A. Romero directs this cult classic.
