When young widow Rosaleen Cloade (Eva Birthistle) inherits her second husband's family fortune, a group of his relatives will do anything to make sure she doesn't keep it -- including digging up dirt from her past. Rumor has it that Rosaleen's first husband is still alive, a condition that would invalidate her second marriage and block her inheritance. When more deaths occur, Poirot (David Suchet) is called in to investigate.
