Real-life sisters, actresses and pop stars Hilary and Haylie Duff star as "celebutantes" Tanzie and Persia Marchetta, who have it made as the heirs of their dad's multimillion-dollar cosmetics business, a gig that gets them anything they want. But when an unforeseen PR fiasco strips them of their wealth -- and, subsequently, their fabulous identities -- the sisters are pushed out of the spotlight and into the real world.
