Director Ravi Chopra's engrossing drama stars Dilip Kumar as Dinanath, an enterprising textile mill foreman with big dreams. After clashing with the plant's management over a humanitarian issue, Dinanath quits his job and begins working to turn his dream into reality … but dark days lie ahead. Among the film's supporting players are Raj Babbar, Rati Agnihotri, Padmini Kolhapure, Raj Kiran and Suresh Oberoi.
