Rock Hudson stars in this police procedural, which was part of a rotating anthology series that aired on NBC in the 1970s. Hudson plays San Francisco's top cop, Stewart McMillan, a commissioner who -- aided by his discerning wife, Sally (Susan Saint James), and man Friday, Sgt. Charles Enright (John Schuck) -- intervenes in criminal investigations when the need arises. This set of eight installments includes the show's pilot episode.
