Body parts bring in big bucks in this B-grade thriller about a crime ring known as the Body Organ Replacement Network. Headed by evil Dr. Farley (William Smith), the underground enterprise operates as a medical clinic, abducting unwilling donors and harvesting their vital organs to sell on the black market.
