When she inherits her family's ancestral Italian castle, art student Catherine (Sherilyn Fenn) takes up residence in the spooky estate. But when a troupe of traveling performers seeks shelter there, she discovers that an ancient curse has fallen on her shoulders. Now visited by the ghost of a slain girl, and with the help of the performers' mysteriously erotic leader (Malcolm Jamieson), Catherine must find a way to end the curse for good.
