Meteor and Shadow

Napoleon Lapathiotis (Takis Moschos) -- poet, communist, drug addict and national icon -- has been called the Greek Oscar Wilde for his openly homosexual lifestyle, which caused a scandal in conservative turn-of-the-century Athens. Meteor and Shadow chronicles the rise and fall of the poet whose work is still widely read by Greeks today. Takis Moschos stars as Lapathiotis, and Takis Spetsiotis both wrote and directed.
