Originally broadcast in the United Kingdom, this charming animated show for children follows the adventures -- and misadventures -- of the very small Milton, who lives in a clock on the mantelpiece inside Mrs. Witherspoon's parlor. The only other "person" aware of diminutive Milton's existence is Douglas, the family dog, and Milton's mischievousness, curiosity and innocence keep Douglas on his toes - when he's not sleeping by the fire.
