This absorbing Taiwanese drama explores the isolation of an immigrant family struggling to remain together. Frequently traveling to his Taiwan homeland on business, Kwok (Huang Pin-yuan) leaves his wife, Fong (Rene Liu), and young son alone in Vancouver. When Fong begins to harbor suspicions of spousal infidelity, she takes up with a fellow expatriate and soon faces a momentous decision. Ya Ming Ding directs.
