Mike Hammer: Song Bird

Mickey Spillane's private eye character, Mike Hammer (Stacey Keach), is a two-fisted detective who's tough and honest. This time, his exploits take him into the underbelly of New York's seamy jazz clubs and into the arms of a noted female singer who becomes the chief suspect after her mob-boss boyfriend and fellow band members start dropping dead. Soon, everyone's after her -- including a hired hit man -- and it's up to Hammer to keep her alive.
