Miles Davis: Around Midnight

Near the end of 1967 Miles Davis played a series of dates in Northern Europe. Accompanying the musical genius were jazz masters Wayne Shorter on tenor, Herbie Hancock on piano, Ron Carter on bass and Tony Williams on drums. All but the final number, filmed one week later in Karlsruhe, Germany, were recorded in Stockholm, Sweden, on Oct. 31, 1967. In addition to the title track, the group performs "Agitation" and "Footprints."
