Entrepreneurial scalawag Fong-Tin Ching (Sammo Hung, who also directed) returns to his hometown with a legion of kung-fu trollops to boost the ailing economy. The plan? Open a brothel, then derail the Shanghai Express -- a train packed with rich clientele -- forcing the passengers to stay in town and spread the wealth. Little does Ching know that his scheme is in jeopardy thanks to some bandits with their own plans for the millionaires' money.
