Determined to find true love, expatriate journalist Terry Bartell (William Tepper, who also wrote the screenplay) dumps all of his girlfriends and goes on a quest for Miss Right in this romantic comedy set in Rome. Once he's rid himself of three unhappy women -- Amy (Karen Black), Anna (Virna Lisi) and BeBe (Marie-France Pisier) -- he meets and falls for artist Juliette (Margot Kidder). But will she turn out to be the one?
