Following the mysterious murder of his lifelong friend, a Bible-toting biker named Ryder (Dolph Lundgren) rolls into town to get some answers, and learns that a nefarious businessman (John Enos III) may be behind his buddy's death. When he unravels a conspiracy to illegally acquire land from an Indian reservation to build a casino, Ryder takes the law into his own hands and launches an attack of biblical proportions.
