Based on Judith Krantz's best-selling novel, this epic miniseries set in the world of high fashion and art tells of egocentric painter Julien Mistral (Stacy Keach) and his connection to three generations of Lunel family women. When Mistral meets Parisian beauty Maggie Lunel (Stefanie Powers), their affair, though short-lived, links them forever. Eventually, Mistral will have to face his shameful past and seek redemption in his daughter's eyes.
