This retelling of the Dracula story takes place in a violent Los Angeles where vampires roam unnoticed. Dr. Van Helsing (Rod Steiger) arrives on the scene and enlists gang members to help him find Dallas (Casper Van Dien), a vampire who turned his son 20 years ago. Meanwhile, Dallas has befriended a renegade vampire (Natasha Gregson Wagner) who's put the vampire community at risk. The film was made by the creators of the cult hit Forbidden Zone.
