In this remarkable documentary, Cuban filmmaker Rebeca Chávez creates a timeline of her country's president, Fidel Castro, one of modern history's most controversial rulers. The film uses archival footage and audio clips to present the milestones in Castro's political career, from his rise to power in the 1959 revolution that ousted Batista through his reconstruction of the island nation after the fall of the Communist bloc.
