Horror icon Boris Karloff narrates this trippy thrill ride through the fringes of society circa 1964, with documentary footage of transvestites, lesbian bars, Japanese bondage and more taboo territory. Other weirdness includes bizarre rituals, clips from the Hercules films, a 27-inch-tall man crooning "I Ain't Got Nobody," as well as a man who purports to be the reincarnation of matinee idol Rudolph Valentino.
