When an aimless young waiter in Hong Kong's treacherous Mongkok district joins a gang, he discovers a talent for criminal behavior and soon rises through the ranks. But when the action turns violent and the gang's leader is slain, he quickly discovers that the life of an outlaw demands more than he ever imagined it would. Wilson Yip directs this gritty drama starring Roy Cheung, Edmond Leung and Anthony Wong Chau-Sang.
