Monster Makers

Thirteen-year-old horror movie buff Tim Stoker is psyched when he and his mother (Linda Blair) move into the home of a washed-up movie director. He's even more excited when he uncovers a lost film made by the old man called "Monsters on the Loose." Tim thinks he's hit the jackpot, until the monsters come to life and start causing trouble in his town. Now, Tim will need help from the local sheriff (Adam Baldwin) to get rid of the menacing beasts.
