At the notorious Tingle Club, murderers mingle with movie stars so it's no surprise when the owner winds up dead. But when the only witness (John Darrow) becomes the only suspect, the wrong man ends up in jail. When a freak accident allows the man to escape, he heads to Monte Carlo in pursuit of the real killer: bank robber and gambler Jim Daggett (Robert Frazer). Gabby Hayes also stars in this film based on a story by E. Phillips Oppenheim.
