Shao-Khan (Brian Johnson), evil emperor of Outerworld, discovers a portal into Earth and schemes to control the planet. His plot includes resurrecting Queen Sindel (Musetta Vander), the mother who turned on her own warrior daughter, Princess Kitana (Talisa Soto). It's up to the princess and her martial arts warriors, including Liu Kang (Robin Shou), Sonya Blade (Sandra Hess) and Jax (Lynn "Red" Williams), to save the Earth.
 Parents strongly cautioned. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
