Max Grimm (Christopher Atkins) is grim, indeed. If he wants to get his hands on his rightful inheritance -- $2 million from his uncle's estate -- he'll have to get into the family business: a funeral home. But first, he must learn the tricks of the trade at the Mortuary Academy. Unfortunately, the president (Paul Bartel) has pillaged the school's coffers, prompting Max to try to save the institution -- and his claim to the family fortune.
