After bucking an order, Marine James Dunn (Keenen Ivory Wayans) gets into a lethal struggle -- and ends up on the short end of a death sentence. But then a shadowy government agency offers him freedom in return for his sharpshooting services. The mark? A crooked bio weapons manufacturer (Robert Culp). When the mission goes haywire, Dunn takes to his heels, stalked by mobs eager to collect the $10 million bounty on his head.
