Evan Hanson (Lorenzo Lamas) is the best motocross coach in the country, with his daughter Callie (Alan Austin) a standout in the national championships. Looking for another challenge closer to home, Evan works to save a local dirt track from a motorcycle gang (led by Gary Busey) that's menacing the kids who ride there. But when Evan's best rider injures himself before a big race, a surprising substitute steps in … and goes for broke!
