A tight-knit group of tough guys known as the F-Poor -- led by the macho Rico Suave (Vhong Navarro) -- have a reputation far and wide for their quirks. But even more so than his friends Mr. Tea (a beverage peddler), Mr. Takatak (a cigarette vendor), Mr. Clean (a janitor) and Mr. Roboto (a toy-robot salesman), Rico is known among the ladies for his best-selling swahe shrimp and for his notoriety as a smooth operator.
