When Gopi's (Sunil Shetty) father died, he left Gopi's boyhood friend, Kishen (Arshad Warsi), a piece of land in his will. Now Gopi has come to the big city to find Kishen and tell him the good news, unaware of the surprises in store for him. One is getting robbed moments after he arrived in town; another is Kishen's job as a full-time con artist. When Kishen reunites with Gopi, he decides to incorporate his old friend into his next big scam.
